Glass at Morimoto. Clean water clarity with some notable viscosity and a slightly oily surface texture. Aroma of almonds, honeysuckle and a faint suggestion of caramel. Nice essence in the flavor with sweet and savory coconut and faint lemongrass notes. Very appealing creamy character on the palate. Both satisfying alone and a very favorable complement to an unbelievably sublime assortment of Morimoto sushi and sashimi.
