Boiled vegetables and pumpernickel showing up in both nose and taste. Slightly acidic. Poor flat palate. Mediocre at best. Thanks a lot pivnizub! Geiserich (1781), Vienna, Austria

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 27, 2008 Bottle, thx to papsoe. It pours a dark ruby body under a nice creamy head. A bit sourish in the aroma, with roasted malt and some coffee. Roasted malt, some burnt notes and a little touch of dried fruits in the flavor, finishing with roasted malt, some coffee and a little fruit. Medium, quite dry, yet slightly sticky mouthfeel. I’m not very impressed by this one, but at least it’s not bad. (080412)
