Outstanding ESB from the folks in England. I had a draught pint poured for me at the Pub in cresent springs, ky and this citrisy aromaed, smooth bitter was soo much better than in the bottle, i couldnt believe it was the same beer! I know they are selling this in the bottles and cans...stay away unless you find it on tap!

Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma was full of grainy malts with a slight hop undertone. Flavor was similar to the aroma.

Not a whole lot of hoparoma. Some hopbitternes. Skunkiness due to clear glas bottle.

500 mL nitro can from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA. Color is dark amber once the nitro creaminess subses. Persistent moderate tan head. Fair lacing. Aroma is caramel, bread, butter, subtle citrus and very faint almost unnoticeable hops. Taste is bread, caramel, butter, green apple and a faint hoppy finish. Creamy and smooth. Thin-medium bodied,. Decent bitter.

Can....thanks to Dmac. Pours out a nice light copper color with a one finger creamy off white head. Aroma is of some lightly toasted malt, caramel, toffee and a very slight bitterness. Taste is silky smooth with toasted malt, light cereal notes, caramel and a slight lingering earthy/floral hop note in there too. Not usually my style, but this was rather enjoyable.
