Not an unpleasant brew, but nowhere near as good as Old Speckled Hen. Pours an orangey amber with a tolerable head. Floral hops and malt in the aroma. The taste is sweet and has a yeasty soapy quality to it that was bordering on unpleasant, but it never crossed the line. Very smooth wit ha slightly bitter hop aftertaste. Not bad, but I doubt I’d buy it again.

This bitter pours an orange color from a 12oz clear bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is slightly malty with a touch of floral hops. A medium bodied bitter. Malts are bready, biscuty and slightly sweet. Hops are mild and slightly floral. Nice carbonation compliments a very crisp dry finish. Smooth tasting, very drinkable bitter. The clear bottle does not seem to cause any skunking problems, or at least not with this bottle. This beer would make a nice session beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Pour is a orange outta the clear glass bottle. Aroma is slightly hoppy and malty. Flavor is kinda bad. Wet paper bag kinda bad. Lots of poor beer have a cardboard taste but the is by far the cardboardiest thing i have ever tasted. Pretty poor.

12 oz bottle - pours orangish brown with a rapidly fading head. Fairly malty flavor, simple, straightforward beer. I don’t have much to say about it as mostly I was bored with it. It’s alright for sessions, just nothing I would pursue.

12-oz. bottle. Pours orange straw with tall rocky to creamy off-white head with very little spotty lacing. Sweet yeast (dough) and light malt (meal) aroma with brown sugar notes and floral hop nose. Sweet yeast (leather) and malt, mildly bitter and creamy floral hop finish. Light bodied and creamy yet fizzy palate.

Dark Copper color, small head, thought it would have more substance,a bit watery. I’ll pass on this one next time.

Bottle Amber with small, short lasting head. Lightly malty with pear and liqoruice notes, dull pasteurized iron-like feel/flavor. Medium bodied, watery. Easy drinking but offers no big satisfaction.

50cl bottle from Asda. Darkish copper colour with thin white head. Stale malt aroma with caramel and some hop. Some caramel in mouth and on the end with some hop. Bit dead overall
