12oz bottle-pours a light tan head and amber color. Aroma is medium malt-sweet, secondary spice hops. Taste is medium malt, secondary spice/metallic hops, which continues through aftertaste. Thanks jwc215 for sharing.

Cherry, caramel, and skunk bouquet. Copper color, medium head, good lacing. Weak cherry and apple taste, minimally metallic. Generic bitter finish. Not my style.

I like this - pours amber with decent foamy white head, aroma hoppy and fresh. Slightly buttery, nutty and very smooth mouthfeel, soft malt. finish sweet and subtle. Very pleasant.

This is part of a beer club. Had only one bottle but was decent for the price. Poured great and had a nice finish. Would do again.

I am a big fan of English Brews. This one just did not do it for me. I still have 2 bottles in my fridge.

Bottle. Moderate malt notes of cookie and straw, light hop notes of flowers and sweat for the yeast with alittle pepper in the background. Head is between creamy and frothy, white and has fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is a sparkling tannish red. Flavor starts lightly acidic and finshes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. It also has a distinct booziness to it. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a carbonation between lively and fizzy and finishes moderately astringent and quite dry. In my mind this is excactly what a bitter should come off as, easy drinking and dry in the mouth.

Bottle. Bright amber with a moderate off-white head. Fruity malt aroma followed by a sweet malt flavour and short finish. Bland.
