gyllenbock (238), Stockholm, Sweden Oct 28, 2009 On tap at Mort Subite, Brussels in October 2009.
Cloudy yellowish color, the foam was not that large. Dominant in both the aroma and taste was banana, vanilla and some cherry and detergent.
Easy to drink, no bitterness, no acidity, not much aftertaste still rather good. Aroma of wheat, coriander and citrus peels. Sweet-spicy flavor with some light sourness, wheat, fruits, sugar and spices. Light-bodied. Not great. altonbrownd (1862), Amsterdam, Netherlands Aug 30, 2009 On tap at Mort Subite in Brussels. Quite yellow with nice head. Nice taste of banana. Watery. Light but refreshing. Enjoyable.
