Sweet and perfumed - tropical fruit (apple, mango, pineapple, peaches). Mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Really most of all reminds of a particulary sweet wit. reakt (937), Greater London, England

Hazy wheat in colour with small white head. Fresh and fruity aroma that came in two stages: with head - cherry blossoms; dead head - cherry Jello! Taste evolved much the same way - a floral start rolled into raspberry lemonade with a tart punch to finish. What a wonderous, weird beer. I love it. High marks for the interesting complexity of an otherwise average beer. rickgordon (3302), Göteborg, Sweden

Hazy yellow, poor head. Fruity, slightly sourish aroma, with notes of banana and bubble-gum. Sweet flavour, yet thin, with notes of bubble-gum and tropical fruits. Weird beer.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 18, 2006 (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Colour is yellow, with little head, hazy. Very fruity nose, with hints of bubble gum and ripe pears, sweet but very promising. Taste is sweet with bubble gum, pears and tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), gets a bit drier towards the finish (which is rather short). Light body, or actually thin. Lovely nose, but the taste doesn’t really deliver. Refreshing, however. ¾ (4999), Colorado, USA

Consumed at Mort Subite, Brussels, May 2006 This is really a strange beer, something that came to mind while drinking it was a lambic-witbier hybrid, and actually I like how that sounds... I love lambic and I really like witbier, so a hybrid seems like it would be my thing. This lambic looks and smells like a witbier, actually. Has a cloudy yellow colored body with a proper tall white head. The nose is coriander and sugar, pineapple and melon even. Has a small hint of the expected lambic scents... spicy, yeast horseblanket and all that. Flavor is much different: it’s fruity, sweet, yeast, with a very light sourness and light acidic feel on the tongue. By the end of the glass, it’s too thin, I’ve realized. It’s also too sweet and too plain. For a straight lambic, it’s not so good, but as a hybrid wit/lambic/experiment, it’s interesting. jbrus (4872), Delft, Netherlands
