Draught as Witte Lambiek. Aroma of strong peach. Cloudy, dark yellow color, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, light sourness, fruity (mainly peach), light bitter, very thin. Really couldn’t finish the whole glass.

Draught at La Mort Subite, Brussels.
Hazy dark yellow, foamy white head. Flower and perfume aroma with tones of peach - rather artificial and vomiting. Peach tea flavor with some hops present. Sweet and artificial with a dry end. Thin, cloying, like a cold and bad cup of tea. Close to awful.

Draught. Berry aroma. Cloudy golden/orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour starts off sweet, but then I get some berries, and spices of the Gammel Dansk kind.

Draught. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Sweet orange peel aroma. The flavor is also full of orange and orange peel. Some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Draft at La Mort Subite. Cloudy gold with a moderate soft amber colored head. Nose is odd. Lemony and sweet with spice and mild green apple notes. Taste is light tart fruits, citrus notes, spice (coriander and cardomom) light green apple, and faint wood. Body is bubbly and light and is rather refreshing. Finishes with big spice notes, lemon grass and light tart fruits.

a sim rate: (On tap at Mort Subite, Brussels). Smells very tropical. Lemon, orange, peach. Full flavour and palate. No peach in the flavour, but there is mango. Very sweet aftertaste.

(Draught@Mort Subite, Brussels) Opaque yellow-orange color with a small, tight and white head. Slightly sweet, fruity and flowery aroma of peach. Slightly tart, but mainly sweetish and wheaty flavor with a bit papery finish. Light to medium-bodied, oily palate with balanced carbonation. A quite refreshing mix of (mostly) witbier and lambic.

Cloudy light gold in colour. Tart fruity lemon/grapes balanced with spicy witbier notes. Not sour, yet still very refreshing. Nice.
