| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 25, 2006 Dirty light brown with a reddish tinge. Expressive noise with very clean cassis and ribena fruits, lots of lift. Much fainter to taste and I would think a the fact the beer is 10 months beyong the BB date is a big contributor. Notwithstanding this is a pleasant drink and a very complete beer for a fruit style. More ribena notes but faint and plenty of fizz. Going ok given the age.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 8, 2006 Cloudy red brown with a purple tinge and a frothy lasting head. Smells like ribena, but that’s probably to be expected. Quite sugary and lolly-like, with fairly aggressive acidity (probably from the added ascorbic acid!). Easy drinking though, with a full body. The aroma is quite perfume-like, and seems quite volatile in the mouth. It warms the gut, but that’s probably more the acid than the alcohol. Quevillon (1537), Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, Canada
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 23, 2006 Je ne peux pas dire que c’est un bon goût de cassis, car ce n’est pas l’un des fruits que j’aime. À par de celà, elle est O.K.
