Yikes, it's like a beer made exclusively from fruit. I'm not sure there is another taste in it. A little too over the top for me.

Bronze with a slightly purple hue. Pinkish head. Fruity aroma--black currant I would suppose. Very sweet but slightly tart. Like other Mort Subite fruit lambics, it's simple but I still like it. I guess I'm the lowest common denominator of lambic drinkers.

23/4: Massive berry aroma. Cloudy pink-red w/ huge sudsy pink head. Nice initial sweet fruit flavour followed by sour aftertaste with a hint of berries present. Lovely mouthfeel for the appearance of it, very smooth.

Small pink head, red body, quite reasonable aroma of currents. Body is quite thin and a sweet/sour cough mixture flavour. Fairly dry finish.

(25cl Bottle) Pours a light pink head and a Hawaiian Punch coloured body. The head dissapated to a thin lacing but it initially burst out of the bottle. Aroma of sweet red grapes and undertones of blackcurrents. Pleasant sour taste. Not overly complex but nice calming flavour. Sour and dry finish. Better than the Peach.

Big frothy head. Strong cassisaroma. Sweet and sour with a strong cassis flavor. A bit thin and watery. Rather artificial, still nice to drink. Brownish pink color, slightly cloudy. cassisaroma, artificial. A tad sweet, but with a strong dry out effect. Slightly medecinal. Just a bit of bittery sourness. Maybe there isn’t only cassis added , but also cranberry.

Strong artificial blackcurrent aroma. Pretty red colour & fluffy head. Thankfully the fruit flavour is not as strong as the aroma but, despite the added ascorbic acid, this is still too sweet and alco-pop like.

Mort Subite, Brussels: Medium sweet cassis aroma and taste with intervalling sourness. Red with a little head. Nice and pleasant, Refreshing.
