on tap at Mort Subite: Sweet and cough syrup-like. Like candy. Where’s the lambic in this lambic? Thinish body and refreshing for sure, but completely unchalleging. This was better than the Peche or Framboise though.

Destroying sweetness and fruity flavors carpet bombing any trace of lambic. Maybe an interesting trace of grape seed.

1999: Like a fresh morning day in may as I walk... out wait. Flowers. Like chewing on flower petals covered in cherry paste. An interesting interpretation.

1999 VERSION. A nice older bottle proved to be much tastier. Big cherry colored head with a sour and moldy nose. A bit more complex than Lindemans which is welcomed.

Bottled. Clear red. Winegum aroma. Very sweet, big black currant sorbet flavour. Tasty, at least if judged as an alco-pop.

Very good aroma, blueberries. Fruity taste, lots of blueberries, sour, not too sweet.

Excellent aroma, promises many things. Initial taste is a little thin, but the more you have the greater the flavour. It's a strawberry, vodka and tonic water taste (otherwise known as blueberries). Very Tart. Extremely refreshing. Not a 'get pissed quick drink', rather a banana lounger on a Queenslander balcony. Clean aftertaste and excellent plaque and tartar remover. Have some today. Had some more again and it's still bloody marvelous.
