Very fruity, is opverpowering with currant flavour but still very enjoyable. Beautiful head and lacing with great wine like aroma. If you like'm fruity and sweet then this one will hit the spot.

Brown/red/purple colour, with a thin fine head. big blackcurrent aroma, reminding me of purple winegums (for the NZ audience). Full, dry, tart blackcurrent flavour.

Excellent aroma, promises many things. Initial taste is a little thin, but the more you have the greater the flavour. It's a strawberry, vodka and tonic water taste (otherwise known as blueberries). Very Tart. Extremely refreshing. Not a 'get pissed quick drink', rather a banana lounger on a Queenslander balcony. Clean aftertaste and excellent plaque and tartar remover. Have some today. Had some more again and it's still bloody marvelous.

Tonight is rather warm here in east Flanders and it really is getting to be Lambic time, which I’ve been waiting for all year. So to the beer! Rose orange clear with faint pink-beige medium lasting head and a nice finr lace curtain left on the glass. Excellent delicate but strong aromas including sour and sweet black currants, boiled lollies, bubblegum, banana and those candy cigarettes you used to get in the 1960’s. Palate is clean, crisp and biting but not too sweet or sour for me. Soft refreshing mildly sour finish and sweetish aftertaste. As radiomgb says - ’tastes real good’!.Definitely one for mum but I could easily knock back a half dozen on a night like this.

375ml Bottle shared with Grand Genie. Paid $2,00 at the corner store Peluso in Montreal. The bottle was 24 years old ***85-06***. Best before 1995-06. Amber red brown appearance with no head. Aroma: gold shlager, mint, cassis, corn syrup, red pepperwood chips and cherries. Flavor: sour, red grapes, rubarb, pear, green apples, cherries, a light taste of raisins and cassis. Palate: medium body, oily, with a nice rubarb sour finish.

Lots of head...smells of cough syrup...big head, like champagne outta the bottle...A+ lacing...sweet refreshing, easy going, and DeliCouS! lower bitters, just OK....great but nothing overboard.
