Sep 3, 2005 One of my favorite raspberry lambics. I like the mid-drink sea change you experience with this stuff...starting out with big (almost cloying) sweetness but then swiftly sliding sharply to a tart dryness as it also slides down the throat. Fun.

Aug 28, 2005 Opaque orangish-brown with a frothy white head that formed a nice lace. Sour aroma full of raspberry and a hint of sweet malt. The flavour is sugary raspberry leading into sweet malt and then finishing a little bit dry. This beer would be much better if it had some more sourness to it. Light to medium body. Smooth and clean.

Aug 24, 2005 Hazy deep amber color with a thick pinkish head. Sweet candied raspberry aroma with hints of sourness behind the sweetness. Sweet and sour raspberry flavor. Little artificial but a nice thirst quencher and pretty tasty too.

Aug 24, 2005 Has a standout balckberry aroma. Hard to tell on body color but the wife said it was light pink so well go with that. Real good jucicy raspbeery flavor and was a good refresher after that corn malt from Poland on the palate.

Aug 23, 2005 25 cl. Bottle. Yeast in bottom. Red/orange/brown colour, with a rocky red head. Aroma of raspberry, also in the taste, but ends up very sour. Not a taste that I prefer.

Aug 15, 2005 Bottle. Strong aroma of artificial raspberry, as well as some sourness. Small frothy white head on a hazy orange/red body. Frothy mouthfeel. Tart sweet raspberry dominates flavour, well balanced with the tingly sensation in the mouth. Some sourness at the end. Taste was not nearly as artificial as anticipated - this really tasted like a "lambic" as it warmed. Pretty nice!
