Strong aromas of raspberry, yeast, and a slight sour tang. The flavour was big and mouthfilling, raspberries abound as well as a nice sour tart to balance the sweet of the raspberries. I really liked this. I may not be familiar with this syle but damn this one tasted good to me. dortmunder (961), Herdecke, Germany
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 1, 2005 Bottled. Dark red colour with a bownish tinge. Nice, big, foamy, slightly pink-coloured head. Pretty authentic raspberry aroma, just like real raspberries would smell like. Also, quite sweet nose. Not so sweet taste, medium tart with agenuine raspberryish flavour. The best frambozen lambik I´ve had, so far. hobgoblin (163), St-Épiphane, Quebec, Canada
