Very nice red-amber colour with a frothy white-pink head. Full aroma of tart fresh raspberries. Spritzy, refreshing body. Pleasantly sour raspberry flavour. I am admittedly a lambic beginner, but I thought this was a pretty fine brew.

I tried to have my parents rate this beer. As could be expected, the answer was "But this is not beer! This is... fruit juice!" Needless to say, like so many people in the world, they only drink european lager. What really pissed me off was when they said Desperados was better than this!... Anyway. This lambic is dominated by raspberry falvours (it says so on the label, after all) in aroma and taste. Fresh, agreeably sour, and probably not as sweet as the Kriek. Long, dry, Prosecco finish.

Had this at Kulminator in Antwerp on 5-14-03. Dark red. Strong pink head. Strong sour-ish raspberry aroma. Carbonated raspberry taste and mouthfeel. Slightly tart but seemingly more sweet taste but a more sour aftertaste. Recommended along with Lindeman Framboise.

Deep red colour with lots of rocky, pink tinted white head. Aroma hits you immediately with sweet raspberries, almost like raspberry cordial. Very pleasant raspberry flavour, with a dry, slightly bitter finish. A very nice champagne-like palate. My first lambic, and looking forward to more.

Strong scent of raspberry. Slight sour scent. Deep red colour, cloudy consistency. Nice foamy head. Taste is tart and bold raspberry. Finish is tart. Very refreshing.

A very sweet raspberry aroma - a little too sweet for me. The color is a beutiful deep red with a nice pink head - though fast disappearing. The flavor is dominated by raspberry in the beginning, then it turns sweet, and then the sharpness from the wildfermentation hits you. A fine flavor, though it is a little too sweet and too raspberry and not sharp enough for my liking of a framboise.

Yes, it looks like it's raspberry night. This one looks so much better, great beautiful crown ,bright rich ruby color . Lovely true tasting raspberry nicely balanced and putted together. Not sure why I waited so long to try this one...
