Pours a clear pinkish-amber with large soda-pop bubbles & a lovely creamy head. Aroma is slightly lambic-like, tart with a nice touch of raspberry (fresh!) Tastes slightly sweet & tart, there’s a definite milkiness and a faint yeastiness. Body is creamy, low in carbonation but silky and light. Drinkable, mild, pleasant, but not really my cup of tea.

Bottle thanks to FrancoisMTL. Aromas were more sweet than tart. Raspberry of course. Flavor was still very sweet. Not as sour as I had expected. Some earthiness in the middle with a fruity tart and sweet finish.

Bouteille 375 ml.

Cloudy amber, reddish colour with an off white head. Raspberry fruity, candy sweet aroma with a light earthy note. Raspberry sweet flavor with hints of yeast. Light dry fruity finish.

Bottle - LCBO - Nice frothy head, rose colour with a definte rasberry aroma with hints of kiwi. Flavour - almost like cordial which has been carbonated. I wouldn’t have much of a constitution for too much of this, however it is a pleasant beer.

The raspberry is apparent in this lambic. A nice blend of fruit and tartness makes this perfect for a warm day. Very lively mouth-feel that leaves as quickly as it comes. No better place to enjoy this beer than in Brussels.

Bottled. Pours a deep red with full white head. Nose is very raspberry, Flavor, more subtle and tart. Pretty nice, easy drinking brew.
