I tried this beer on November 15, 2007 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto. The beer poured a nice red into the glass with a huge frothy white head that did not want to go away. The aroma was heavy on the raspberry. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, and heavily carbonated............but not quite champagne-like. The flavour was that of a small amount of hops combined with a lot of raspberries.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy pink to purple with a diminished light pink head. Raspberry thick aroma, fruity and sweet. Flavour is sweet and slight acidic with a nice dominant flavour of raspberries. Ends sweet going slight dry. I’m getting a sucker for fruitbeers...

91 vintage is better!!! 375ml bottle w/no date purchased at SAQ in Montreal. Pours amber with a big puffy head. Nose suggests a sweetness of or close to Lindemnas frambois, very rassy and sweet, syrup comes to mind. Overall sweet, fruit, high in carbonation an decently tasty.

375mL bottle. Pours a dark hazy red with light pink head. Aroma is sour raspberry. Strong raspberry flavour, a bit acidic. Very refreshing, but a bit on the expensive side.
