375mL bottle. Pours a dark hazy red with light pink head. Aroma is sour raspberry. Strong raspberry flavour, a bit acidic. Very refreshing, but a bit on the expensive side.

Bottle. Unclear red color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to pink head. Aroma is raspberry, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Very nice, refreshing and a good balance. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (020907)

At their tap in Brussels. Distinct raspberry aroma and flavour. Hazy red colour. Stable pink head. The flavour is quite sweet and slightly acidic. OK as a soft drink.

375ml bottle. Pours a nice deep red, with a pale pink head that is large and leaves a nice lacing. The aroma is of well, rasberries, duh, but also a little wheat which blends quite well, it is very pleasant smelling. The taste is sweet and sour, first sour berry, then sweet, then the wheat comes through in the finish. The aftertaste is sweet, a mix of it all, but actually with some nice malts evident. The mouth feel is smooth, despite the sourness. Quite nice, another good addition to my recent expedition into the Belgian styles.

From the corked bottle. An incredible drink experience. The raspberry aroma is second to none and the champagnesque feel it has on the palate is amazing. Pours pinkish-red with a little lacing. The best part of this one is its smoothness. Deinitely a keeper.

reddish amber topped with pinkish head, the aroma is tart raspberry with floral pungency. not as sweet or fruity as some other brews, but an excellent lambic.

Bottle pour sample. Saved for last tasting of the LCBO Beerfest (Toronto, ON) in hopes it would be a favourite. Terribly disappointed. Aroma pleasant, definitely raspberry. Colour very attractive- a dark red. Tartness and sweetness overwhelming. My tongue curls at the thought of drinking this again..!
