My rating #100. Bottle. Nice muddy yellow brown body. White head. Very sourish and fresh aroma. Flavour is almost like champagne, amazingly similar. But it is richer and more sourish. (A La Morte Subite, Brüssel, 14.12.07)

A bit sweeter than I like, the balance is off. Some light complex flavors you’d expect in a gueuze lambic, fruit esters, not much Brett character. Not bad .. not great. My wife likes this one more than I do.

Clear , near-orange gold with a finely bubbled white head leaving modest lace. aroma of sauternes and cooked apples. Spritzy mouthfeel, sweet and dusty, apple cidery, with a dry finish. I haven’t had many geuze, but I liked this one!

Bottle. pours a clear dark orange colour with nice creamy deep beige good lasting creamy head leaving a good lacing. Sour aroma with a pleasant fruity sweetness and barn. Pleasant mouthfeel. The flavour has a soft sweet sourness with some wood, barn, fruits and yeast. Sour sweet woody finish.

Contém os elementos característicos de uma Lambic (avinagrada e salgada), mas no paladar revela-se doce e agradável. Lembra a Cantillon, só que com açúcar.

Medium white head. Brown body with carbonation. Acidic barnyard aroma of wood and metal with notes of grain. Sweetish thin wooden fruity cherry taste with metallic toffee notes. Quite rounded and harmonic. Tartish wooden cherry aftertaste. Nice and drinkable. (0.25l bottle at Cardinal.)

[Bottle bought in La Roche.] Clear light amber look with off white head and a more sweety aroma than usual for gueuze’s. Flavor is similar. Sweet with the usual notes. Too sweet for my liking. Over the egde. Had expected more!
