| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 18, 2006 Clear light golden with a medium sized white head. Aroma is pretty zesty, lime, syrup and a light sourness. The body has a good balance of sourness and sweetness if you go for that... I don’t in a lambic so it lost some points for the syrupy flavour. The citrus acidity was decent enough, but all in all its a run of the mill sweetened gueuze. JonMoore (1562), Loughborough, Leicestershire, England
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 15, 2006 Bottle. Clear amber colour with a thick white head. Fruity, acidic and sour aroma. Taste is fruity; citrus and apples, some caramel in the middle, some sugar and a nice lightly sour finish. Enjoyable enough. TheGrandMaster (1877), Auckland, New Zealand
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 1, 2006 Bottle at The Rake in Borough (London), a clear amber with a pillowy white head. A strong raspbery zest aroma. A found it a little smooth, quite sugary with berry fruit flavours. Disappointed with the light sourness. Certainly better lambics around than this. beerinmarch (2829), Washington, USA

Nose is acidic and shows quite a bit of wild yeast character. Some apple and citrus notes up front in the flavor, but quickly taken over by an acidic bite with a mild sour finish. Acidic aroma with brown sugar and fruit notes. Taste is slightly sour with a soft sweetness, some metal and sugar. Re-rated this: first score was 6-4-6-3-12. This time I was more sober.
