Copper. Bubbly white head. Mild sour yeasty aroma. Mildly sour for a gueze, slighlt sweet, dry and lightly bitter finish. Dry aftertaste. Light/medium body. Underrated at 3.2.

(Bottled) Clear amber color with a smallish but tight and lacy head. Quit tart, fruity aroma with a bit artificial sweetness. Sweet-sugary, fruity (strawberry) flavor with a bitterish finish. Only a hint of tart lambic in the background. Sugary, light to medium-bodied, quite carbonated palate. A disappointing commercial lambic despite the good looks and decent aroma.

Light aroma of plum, yeast, citrus, red wine, wet dog towards the end. Soft head with small bubbles, slightly stinging carbonation. Powerful fructose-like sweetness up front with decent sourness and yeasty aftertaste. Low alcohol and minimal complexity make it quaffable, but not something to excessively scrutinize.

Poured a golden amber with more head than a typical geuze. Sweet and sour cidery flavor. Great afternoon refresher.

(Bottle 25 cl) Amber coloured and presumably clear and filtered. Tall, creamy head. This is a commercial, sweetened gueuze - but not bad as such. Nutty aroma, nutty flavours. Start sweetish but is well balanced by the acidity from the lambic. 100299

Another LCBO offering passing itself off as a gueuze. Orange-amber with big white head. Some sour raspberry and maybe some citrus, but not too strongly tart. A bit of sour character but mostly just bland sweetness. Meh.
