Apr 3, 2004 An orange beer with a fine head. The aroma is sour from the wild fermentation with notes of metal. The flavor is lovely sour from the wild fermentation - that draws out the mouthwater. It has a good balance, though the body is a little thin.

Apr 15, 2008 25 cL bottle at Ølbaren, comes as Original Gueuze. Pours clear and golden orange with a collapsing white head. Dry wheaty and acidic aroma. Flavour is sweet and light acidic. Light acidic bite in the finish. Remains (too) sweet throughout the finish.

Apr 15, 2008 Bottled )as Mort Subite Original Gueuze), thanks oh6gdx! Clear deep glden, fair sized head. Lightly tart aroma of spider webs and hay. Fairly sweet with clean, spritzy roundd mouthfeel and light body. Light refreshing citric tartness makes ita worthwile drink but it’s still lightyears away from the complexity of the real stuff.

Oct 4, 2007 Bottle. Unclear / hazy light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate acidic / sour, wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration. Very nice and has a good balance. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to soft. (020907)

Feb 26, 2007 Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sugary, but at the same time extremely sour and dryish. Flavour is wood, sugar, sour fruit, some barnyard and yeast. A bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise very nice.
