37.5cl bottle from Auchan, Calais. Ruby red colour with pinky white head. Cherry nose with faint sourness. Cherry flavour in mouth with more sweet than sour. Sourness and drying hop on end. Bit sweet and one dimensional

Aroma of cherries and cheap sweets. Bit watery. Not too sweet. A decent sourness and a good cherry taste. This beer is tasty, nothing wrong with it but nothing special.

Draught, Mort Subite, Brussels, May 05. Head is initially average sized, creamy, pink, mostly lasting. Body is medium dark red. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), with a strong note of cherry. Flavor is heavily sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Sweet and cherry-laden, simple.

Bottle at Cocos in Santo Domingo. Big cherry beer, a bit too sweet for me. Probably should be cut with a belgian blonde or german hefeweizen.

Dark red with a frothy pink head. Quite a lot of carbonation. Taste was rather syrupy at first, but tartness came to dominate with just a hit of bittereness.

0.375 L bottle, bbe Nov 06. Shiny, light ruby red, hazy, weak sparkling, lacy pinkish head. Candy sugar aroma with cherries in the background and nuts and oak wood further behind. Sweet, flavoured chewing gum taste, again a bit nutty in the background. Just slightly tart, little lambic character. Syrupy palate.

Particular lambic aromatized to the cherry Interesting, but it is not my kind of beer.

From a 375ml bottle, cork dated 2/04. Pours a clear cherry/amber color with a light pink frothy head. Lots of fine lace. Smells of tart cherry with hints of light spice. Tastes tart and lightly sweet, some sweet spice and not much else. Mouth is not sticky, not overly sweet, even a bit crisp. This beer is tasty, nothing wrong with it but nothing special.
