Apr 1, 2005 Pink/red in color, light rose head consisting of large bubbles, frothy consistency, well carbonated. Aromas of yeast, strong breads, metal, and only hints of cherries. Flavors of sugars, sweet cherry syrup at first which blends into a strong tart cherry finish that tickles the back corners of the mouth. Wonderful lacing leaves a good looking empty glass. I wish that I had more experiance with Lambics to I could better compare this beer, and rate accordingly.

Nice cherry aroma without any artificial componentes as chapeau or lindemans. Sourly cherry flavor, but cherry flavor is very decent. No artificial almond notes. Quite nice.

Mar 7, 2005 Brilliant cherry red with a thick pink head. Slightly musty with a baked cherry pie nose and slight citrus. Med body with light sweetness that is not cloying. Not very complex but very yummy. Nice basic cherry flavors and light lemon. Not much else, but hell of a nice quaffer!

Deep red color with huge red creamy head, lace. Not very strong earthy cherry aroma. Sourish cherry juice flavor, slightly earthy. Medium-bodied. Finishing to sharp tartness. Dry aftertaste. More or less ok kriek but not very complex. (6/4/7/3/13 3.3)

Clear pinky red color, good cherry reddish head, lace. Cherry caramel aroma with light tartness. Light sourness in otherwise sweetish kriek, notes of cherry stone. Mouthfeel is a bit thin. Should be more tart. (7/3/7/3/13 3.3)

Jan 28, 2005 A Reddish color brew with Orangey tints. Odd lumpy, spotty foam head. A sweet and sour aroma, dominated of course by cherries but with some oakiness too. Closer to the sweetness of a Belle-Vue than the tartness of Cantillon. I’m starting to enjoy these Lambics!

Jan 4, 2005 Poured red with a lasting pink head. Light cherry aroma with a hint of dustiness. Sweet cherry with a dry yet not tart finish. A bit chalky actually. Medium bodied. Ok but nothing special.

Dec 25, 2004 .5 L bottle: Pours a solid red in the glass with a thick white head. Tastes distinctly of cherry, which is a welcome addition to the standard beer, although I wouldn’t have it every day.
