The aroma is great, inviting: full of rich cherry candy sugar with some lambic sourness. I taste candy, sugar, sour cherry. The mouthfeel is medium, spritzy with nice carbonation on the tongue. tarjei (1762), Bryne, Norway

Aroma is cherry, but not overkill, as in many other krieks. Flavor is cherry in a balanced and fine way. Smooth and fine malty finish. faroeviking (6128), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands

Pours a bit unclear red ligh brownish colour with a nice creamy and bubbly light pinkish good lasting head. Fresh cherry fruity lightly sour aroma. Good mouthfeel. Good pleasant sweet and sour cherry flavour. Shared with Masumi, who said about this beer: "Cheap cherry liquor with piss beer"..... eManu (213), Brussels, Belgium

Its very special. Its pours a reddish pink with a nice white head. Its aroma is strong with cherries. Its flavors are light alcohol sweet and sour cherries, but the taste goes very well together and is a very pleasant drink overall. larsniclas (3391), Gothenburg, Sweden

Red with a brief, white head.
Sweet cherry-like aroma with bitter cherry-seeds.
A bit too sweet and sugary, though still refreshing.
Some sourish notes aswell. Gary (351), Buckinghamshire, England

Very refreshing & so damn eazy to sink, but the late acidity reminds you though, you’re not drinking Cherry-Cola. . Its got some nice cherry flavour.Less generic than I’d assumed. But a bit sugary in the body. Could be more tart .If you love the crazy shit they produce at Cantillion you may dislike this kinda thing. . Gpnterojd (164), Orangeville, Ontario, Canada

Flavour has a metallic tinge, though cherry still comes through strongly. Sweet and sour. Solid liquid. mullet2007 (206), St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 17, 2008 Pours a very clear burgundy to faintly brown colour with a thin barely off white head. Nose is cherries and some funk. It was not really apparent in the framboise, but it is a little bit here. There is also a little bit of spiciness there. Flavour is initially strong sour cherries, but fades quite quickly to a very smooth brown sugar to molasses kind of flavour. There might be a bit of flowery hops there maybe, but if there is, it is barely just a hint. There is a bit of the spiciness in the finish as well. In the mouth it kind of feels like underdiluted kool-aid or something, almost powdery and dry, but not over poweringly sweet. Not really syrupy but not quite like water.
