A really beutiful beer with a clear red color and a beutiful light red head. The aroma is sharp and sour from the wild fermentation but also contains sweetness - a very strong aroma. The flavor is carbonated in the beginning with some sweetness, though in the beginning dominated by the wild fermented sharpness also containing some metallic notes. After this start the sweetness hits you mixed with some sharpness and ending with a little bitterness. The sweetness lingers on your lips.

Bottled. Clear red, rich pale pink head. Vague cherry syrup aroma. Very sweet and light bodied with syrupy mouthfeel. Lemonady and metallicm undeveloped and harsh. Too sweet to be refreshing.

My favourite Mort Subite. A little but of nuttiness and more evident barnyard flavours seperate this from the others in the range.

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy red with a pink huge head. Aroma is fruity, sour and cherries. Flavour is sweet cherries with strong bitterness into the finish. Really well balanced sweet/sourness.
