Sep 24, 2009 [9/6/08] Tap sample during a festival at De Heeren van Liedekercke in Denderleeuw. Deep red color with no head. Aroma of cherries and a bit of sugar. Dry sour flavor with cherries, citrus and vinger notes and some astringency. Medium-bodied.

Aug 6, 2009 (Draught) Pours a clear red body with no head. Aroma of vinegar, earth, and cherries. Flavor is quite tart upfront and then shows more cherries and light cough syrup character as it warms.

Jun 24, 2009 Dark purple-brown. Interesting aroma with a slight toastiness and cherry pits. Light balsamic character leads to a very tart, bracing finish.

Jun 19, 2009 @WSF. Opaque burgundy or reddish-brown. Interesting malty aroma, smells almost like a Flemish sour. Lots of grain/malt and husk in the aroma. Sikly low carbonation and soft palate. Nice lactic touch is lip-puckering, tart, and yogurty. Acidic but nice. One of the more pungent, sharp ones but I like it.
