Bottle. Amber color with a large, white fluffy foam. The aroma was tart with green apples. The flavor was mildly sour with fruity elements. Aftertaste was short but the beer was refreshing and definitely drinkable.

Jan, 2008 Served room temperature on the yeast at Mort Subite in Brussels. Soft and woody - the sourness is mellow rather than sharp. There’s hints of straw and cobwebbs and a dry citric fruit almost like grapefruit. Very welcoming and refreshing - it washed down the herb omelette beautifully. [3.6]

Many thanks to fonefan for this trade bottle. Hazy dark gold with faint white head. A sour aroma, laden with apple aroma and a disappointingly faint hint of barnyard. Similar body with an easy finish.

Bottle from Alvinne. This cloudy yellow lambic poured with a massive white head and a strong sour barnyard aroma. Very nice taste as in traditional gueuze. Moderately sour and very fruity flavor.

Bottle shared by Marcus which he purchased at Alvinne. Nice apricot color with a large fluffy white head. Light aromas of sour and cooked light stone fruit. Near medium mouthfeel with decent carbonation. Flavor is mild, pleasant sour with light fruitiness. Finishes with lingering lactic.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with an average, frothy, white head, lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (biscuit, hay, straw), light hop (grass), average yeast (horse blanket, barnyard) with notes of green apple, oak, and must. Light bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation with a dry finish. Long duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and sourness.

Bottle @ Mort Subite. Hazy golden with a thin off white head. Mouldy aroma with notes of apples, cereal, bread and a little funk. Tart and dry flavour with notes of malt and citrus fruit. Thin with a short aftertaste but very drinkable.
