375 ml bottle thanks to Papsoe. NIce sour aromas. Flavors were acidic and more sour. Cherry and raspberry. Nice sour beer. I liked it.

Bottled. Slightly hazy orangeish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is sour fruits along with some wooden and earthy/barnyardy notes. Flavour is pleasantly sour fruits along with some vanilla and sour wooden notes. Wellbalanced. Good Mort Subite product.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small but fading white head and a nice sour fruity aroma. The flavor is very nice complex blend of apple citrus, orange and some mild sweetness. I like it, but the finish is too much for me, it get’s a bit too sour at times, but Ilike this beer overall.

Bottle picked up from Ken Sheathers Wines, Cheltenham, 22-12-07 Pours a hazy light amber colour, wonderful funky sourness on the nose, lovely acidic bite not as sharp as some but wonderful nonetheless. Some cider apples in the mouth, nice dry finish, lovely beer.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy light orange with a fizzy white head. Sharp acidic nose, mild barnyard note. Flavour has a mild acidic flavour on top of a mild sweetness. Mild fruity into a subdued sulphorish note. Smooth woody note. End is also quite smooth.

Bottle. Cloudy golden coloured with a white head. Light acidic aroma of wood and vanilla. Light acidic flavour of wood, berries and vanilla.

Bottle. Large bubbly off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Light cloudy and sparkling golden color. Sour barnyard with notes of fruit and citrus. Over the palate wood and earthy like notes. Medium bodied with a light dry texture and an average carbonation. Moderated sour flavor with light sweet notes. Sour wood and dry finish that lingers

375 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold under a small fizzy white head that faded to a thin film. Moderate fine visible carbonation. Nose is pretty funky with lots of barnyard and musty dusty cellar. Some light oak and light vinegar, but a bit of paint thinner detracts. Flavor is very acidic, the heavy vinegar pretty much dominates any subtleties up front. A little funk does emerge on the finish with some green apple. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a bone dry finish and moderate fizzy carbonation. Overall, I think that this was pretty decent, but just not as complex as some of the big boys.
