Bottle. At Chris_O’s September 2008 DenCan bash. Bright cherry red with a pinkish head - lovely colour. Simple but very good aroma - sour funk yeast with middlin’ sour cherry. Taste follows - perhaps a bit syrupy, solid in-your-face cherry flavour, only mid-level sourness - solid carbonation and decent acidity, syrupy mouthfeel, finished "frothy" WhateverTF that means - I dug it.

Bottle. Red and pink with a small head> Aromas are floral with roses, tart with citrus and some dry woody notes. Flavours are very sour and woody with vinegar notes. Some light raspberry fruitiness. Dry and sour on the finish.

Botella. 2006. # 100 844. Thanks a lot Thomas/Plovmand! Unclear reddish brown colour with a fizzy short head. Nice tart cherry aroma. Quite good a mouthfeel. The flavour has plenty of cherries with a soft tartness and a dry fruity tart finish.

Bottle @ TFODRBSG, Ulfborg, 2008.
[thank you, plovmand]
Pours deep red with a small, frothy, pink head. Aroma is softly malty sweet, some fruity pulp with clear, tart cherries and light caramel behind it. Dry and wonderful mouthfeel. Lots of dry and tart cherries in the flavour - perhaps a bit one-sided, but otherwise nicely balanced.
