Bright cherry red with a pinkish head - lovely colour. Simple but very good aroma - sour funk yeast with middlin’ sour cherry. Taste follows - perhaps a bit syrupy, solid in-your-face cherry flavour, only mid-level sourness - solid carbonation and decent acidity, syrupy mouthfeel, finished "frothy" WhateverTF that means - I dug it. [thank you, plovmand]
Pours deep red with a small, frothy, pink head. Aroma is softly malty sweet, some fruity pulp with clear, tart cherries and light caramel behind it. Dry and wonderful mouthfeel. Lots of dry and tart cherries in the flavour - perhaps a bit one-sided, but otherwise nicely balanced.
