Dec 8, 2007 Bottle shared by BeastieFan. Very tart, pitty, cinnamon aroma. Flavor is a blast of sour cherries and cranberry, like unsweetened cranberry juice but so much more drinkable and pure. CInnamon in back is a defining feature of this beer and very unique. Perfectly pitty and devlishly beautiful. A hell of a beer. Wow!

Dark ruby color; huge pinkish head. Aroma of sugar, cellar, some hops, delicate cherries, very light vinegar. Quite thin mouthfeel, extremely astringent since the beginning, very sour pure lemon juice; there is very little cherry in here; I expected more complexity, I get a plain, sour, aggressive lambic.

Nov 20, 2007 Clear deep red with a pink head. Very fresh cherry aroma, light marzipan with some light tannin and woody smells. Sharp flavour, very tart, loads of cherry pit, tannins and plain old lactic sourness. somehow manages to be not overbearing. Tart cherry finish, about as good as a kriek can get for me. Shame its so much harder to get than their sweetened offerings.

Oct 26, 2007 375ml bottle shared courtesy of egajdzis. Bottle labeled # 39979 & BB 01062017. Poured a cloudy reddish color with a smaller sized pinkish head. Aromas of cherries, berries, and funky. Tastes of brett, cherries, and woody. Sour and tart finish.

Oct 26, 2007 Poured a murky, blood red color with a small, pinkish white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, raspberries, light cherry, and a bit of vanilla. Taste of sour raspberry, brett, cherry skins, with oak, and an acidic finish.

Oct 25, 2007 Thanks to egajdzis. Pours a hazy ruby red/pinkish with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of funk, cherry, sour notes, fruit skins and hints of woodiness. Flavors of sour cherries, funk, some vinegar, barnyard, tart and dry.
