Lemon citrus and orange in the nose. Fruity, funky but mild, with some sweet wheat germ notes. Flavor is highly acidic but buttery - buttered fruity - along with some lactic wheat qualities. Great acidity and force on the palate, with some feet funk and cheese, smooth and soft. Nicely done. reakt (937), Greater London, England
