1991 Vintage bottle brought to Bill’s Sour tasting. Pours yellow with an off white head. Nose is very peachy and has a candy corn thing to it. Taste is sweet peach and wow, its pretty nice 17 years out.

Tasted at Bill’s Sour tasting. 1991 Vintage. Yellow color. Small off white head. Can’t believe this is so old. Tons of peach aroma. Sweetish. Delicious. I love fruit lambics. Love them!!

Bottled. Reddish orange colour with small off-white head. Aroma is nectar, peaches and some mild wooden sourness. Flavour is is peaches mixed with nectar. Still not that sweet in the flavour. Very refreshing.

clear amber orange with a off white head. Fruity sweet/sirupy taste & aroma with a only light hint of sourness. Refreshing thoguh the high sweetness & OK fruit beer!
