Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lancing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy peach, sweet. Flavor is heavy sweet with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very refreshing. (250508)

May 12, 2008 Tasted at Bill’s Sour tasting. 1991 Vintage. Yellow color. Small off white head. Can’t believe this is so old. Tons of peach aroma. Sweetish. Delicious. I love fruit lambics. Love them!!

May 11, 2008 1991 Vintage bottle brought to Bill’s Sour tasting. Pours yellow with an off white head. Nose is very peachy and has a candy corn thing to it. Taste is sweet peach and wow, its pretty nice 17 years out.

Apr 25, 2008 Bottled. Reddish orange colour with small off-white head. Aroma is nectar, peaches and some mild wooden sourness. Flavour is is peaches mixed with nectar. Still not that sweet in the flavour. Very refreshing.

Aug 4, 2007 [Bottle bought in France in 2004.] Maybe I’ll try it again. Heavy notes of peche, but in the better way than other peches.
