Cognac color, small off-white head. Faint peach aroma. Liquerish, peach flavor - ageing has cut sugar propably. Like drinking flat peach lemonade. pintbypint (1013), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 29, 2005 Bottle shared with gregclow and tupalev at beerbistro It would appear I am the only one who enjoyed this at all. Fairly crisp dark yellow body with a nice small bubbly head with decent lacing. Slightly tart candyish peach aroma. Flavour is what you would expect from the aroma, with more sweetness. Not very lambicy, typical of the Mort Subites I have had so far. Not unpleasant, but tough to consume in quantity because of the cloying sweetness. GregClow (2499), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 27, 2005 Bottle shared with jerc and tupalev at beerbistro. Bright golden-yellow with a large white head. Aroma is very sweet and a little flowery. Flavour is all fruit - pleasant with the first couple of sips, but it turns syrupy and cloying very fast. jerc and I originally split a 250 mL bottle, and I could only finish half of my 125 mL sample - I gave the rest to tupalev, who could barely finish the remainder. tupalev (2618), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Cloying sweet taste - waaayyy to sweet, but certainly peach. No false advertisement! Harsh and not terribly enjoyable.
