Aug 29, 2004 Bottled. A sour peach aroma to this orange coloured beer. There is lots of peach skin in the taste but the beer is far too sweet. A very poor lambic.

Aug 24, 2004 golden peach color, lots of frothy head that sticks to the glass. aroma dominated by peach, subtle notes of pear and melon. sweet and ciderlike. definitely low in alcohol, but not thin; good summer’s eve beer.

Aug 15, 2004 250 ml bottle, best before 27/04/06. Golden colour with a frothy and rocky white head. Tangy peach and apricot aroma with yeasty notes. Very sweet and cidery with peach flavours coming through in the finish. Medium to full bodied, syrupy mouthfeel, but still has a refreshing character.

May 21, 2004 Dark golden to near amber color smaller creamy dense head and delicate lace. Aroma of over ripe peaches and tapioca. Light tart peach flavor that runs into a wave of peach syrup mid quaff. Light iron in the finish. Rather simple and unannoying.

Mar 26, 2004 Bottle – Poured a peachy color brew with a nice bubbly head. Aroma of peach is very detectable and smell a bit too much like aroma then real peach. Taste is very sweet, almost like peach juice. Carbonation is good. Overall, another very refreshing Lambic but not enough tart or complexity.

Mar 2, 2004 Updated: Mar 20, 2005The beer opened with a soft pop followed by an acidic peach smell. pours nicely with a miniscule frothy head, I was expecting a little more than this. A dull orange/tan color with lots of bubbles, looks like champaign. That’s not too good. Smells great, like a fresh peach, that’s the only aroma I am getting from this one. This does carry over into the flavor, it really isn’t too bad, I was expecting an overpowering peach flavor or at least an alcohol flavor, but it was nothing like that! I really like this one. Kind of a watery mouthfeel, but not too bad. Good finish. I like this one.

Jan 4, 2004 Amber beer with a frothy head and a thick texture. Sweet peach flavour with a bitter finish, and a dull yet dense peach aroma. Overall a very palatable and flowing drink.

Nov 25, 2003 Perfect pour and an incredible sweet peachy taste, it was very juice like. The best peach beer I have had so far.
