Wonderful example of a peach-flavored (Gueuze) Belgian Lambic.

VEyr nice, very sweet but not tiring. The colour is good and the foam too. The aroma is like peach, very drinkable.

Tasted at Bill’s Sour tasting. 1991 Vintage. Yellow color. Small off white head. Can’t believe this is so old. Tons of peach aroma. Sweetish. Delicious. I love fruit lambics. Love them!!

Perfect pour and an incredible sweet peachy taste, it was very juice like. The best peach beer I have had so far.

The beer opened with a soft pop followed by an acidic peach smell. pours nicely with a miniscule frothy head, I was expecting a little more than this. A dull orange/tan color with lots of bubbles, looks like champaign. That’s not too good. Smells great, like a fresh peach, that’s the only aroma I am getting from this one. This does carry over into the flavor, it really isn’t too bad, I was expecting an overpowering peach flavor or at least an alcohol flavor, but it was nothing like that! I really like this one. Kind of a watery mouthfeel, but not too bad. Good finish. I like this one.

33 cl bottle. See throught but not clear. Medium peach taste, not too sweet, perfect peach taste. Low carbonation. Prefered that one than the Mort Subite Raspberry.

Aussi bonne que la gueuze, mais avec la présense de pêche et c’est un bon goût de ce fruit. Superbe en été.
