Can brought in a Brussels kiosk. Aroma: Strepsils cherry throat lozenges. At last a beer for a severe cold? Well blanaced, not too sweet. The elderberries add an extra dimension. Bittersweet, but it lacks a sour edge.

Clear pink with a light pink head. Simple aroma of cherry juice, caramel and marzipan. Again, the flavour and body are simple, sweet and mild... tiny bit of cherry tartness with some marzipan and a raw fruit finish. I cant remember why I was drinking this... but I’ve got notes on it so there we go.

[Bottle from La Roche shared with Henrik at new years eve.] Compared with the funky disaster xtreme frambiose, thisone was a better experience. Okay, extremely kriek in its way and much almond, but okay for me at the moment of year.

25 cL can, thanks to Phil_L. Rated from can back in his van. Revealed some pink foam when opened, Jens says the colour is red, that it is then. Sweet cherry aroma. Flavour is quite sweet cherries with a sugarish finish. Quite nice for a canned kriek, my first actually.

Cheers Phil_L for this, rescuing us from the failed Belgium government and railway system and an overloaded German.

Thick and sickly cough syrup taste and aroma. Absolutely dominant in its "cherry," which is something more akin to a high-fructose ester bleach. Disgusting.
