Cloudy pale blond color. Original, delicate aroma of tangerine and millefiori honey. Clean body, dryish, with a soapy touch. Correct bitterness. Quite refreshing and pleasant.

Bottle: Poured a murky white yellow, the head is white head. Aroma is citrus and acid. Taste is citrus grapefruit, with sour finish.

(Bottled, 5.2% ABV) Very hazy yellow with almost no head. Aroma of sweetish lime and mandarine, some ginger and coriander. Acidic-limey flavor, something between Two Dogs and Finnish mead - still drinkable, though. Light-bodied, quite carbonated palate. Not very sugary, but not that refreshing, either. Dunno who this is aimed for.

330ml bottle @ One Pint Pub, Helsinki, Belgian Week 2008. Quite watery aroma and taste. Mandarin in the aroma. Hazy, pale with a small white head. Taste grapefruit, lemon. Quite good.
