Draught at the tap in Firenze. Greenish and full with a lemony haze, glowy edges and a pure thinning collar. Fresh citrussy aroma with farmyard dabs, pollen, pineapple jelly, lemon zest, gummy bears. Christ this has got a dollop of the Green Fairy in it and I didn’t even realise. Fresh and dry unfiltered hop and yeasty bite, wine gums, jellied lemon, lime and pineapple, dryness softening into lingering sweet vanilla, wafery malt, maize maybe. Punchy unfiltered helles/pils type effort, without obvious..hallucinatory adornments. Had a couple of these. Fresh and impressive.

Draught Good just off-white head, fully hazy yellow-orange beer. Grainy nose and serious whiff of hops - including some oiliness. Bitterish flavour with more hops, then the absint or whatever comes in. Point of diacetyl, (but I fear this were the lines, rather than the beer itself, as most beers on draught had it at Bi-Du ). Very slick, grain-filled texture; end bitterness is crude. Pleasing beer, I had it on bottle too, where it was fully phenolic, and possibly infected.

Draught at Salone Della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2007, Milan

Hazy blond color. Light aroma of malt and honey, citrud fruits, light, hay. Some malt flavor, some honey, quite strong bitterness. Strange but not bad.
