Flattish coriander & citrus nose, bit wheat-like acidity, even yoghurt. Bitterish lining around more citric-lactic acidity; this last composed of lactic, citrus and wheat components. Thin body, thinned further by the acidity. Decent witbier, not more. MartinT (5068), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Spicy, flowery coriander seeds accompany crunchy wheat while citrusy fruitiness enhances the quenching aspect of this sparkling and straightforward Witbier.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-Superb creamy foam tops the cloudy beige-white.
-The body is tight and the carbonation prickly, creating a refreshingly bubbly mouthfeel.
-All flavors are balanced and the spiciness isn’t overdone.
-This was the most drinkable beer I had that day at the Prato pub.
