| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 7, 2009 Draft at the Florence location. Orange color and a moderate head. Aroma has some coriander, a little hops, and wild flowers. Flavor is very dry, herbs and more flowers with a little hops. The flavors could be a little more intense, and maybe a little sweeter, but it is a decent effort. NigelTheGreat (16), Northport, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 21, 2008 I stumbled upon this while backpacking around Europe, and that day - homeless in Florence. ’Saison’ was written on a slice of cardboard by the tap. I remember really enjoying it, but who doesn’t like beer when they are temporarily homeless, especially in a foreign city, where you don;t speak the language. I wish I remember more, but all i can muster up is that it was very flavorful and had a hint of raisons or dates that left an interesting aftertaste.
