Draught at the tap in Firenze. Scabby Duomo tile terracotta, totally muddy and opaque, thin beige collar to a halo. Earthy malt, yeast, ash and citrus aroma, hazelnut, cwoffee. Again some milk and cereal mealiness, nuthusk, malted milk, sup of coffee dregs, full hop bitterness persisting long after swallow, chocolate wafer, grapefruit, soil. Very alive, very Inglese. Solid.

Dark red colour, Have medium top. Very nice fruity aromas. Nice malty taste. Dry and nice mothfeel. Well I really like this micro brewery. The first italian brewery ever visited. People love to drink beer and talk beer there...

Birra dell’Anno Awards 2007, Milan. Hazy amber colour with off-white head. Rich fruity aroma, with earthy hops plus a blanket of yeast. Slight, slight spicy flavour from Mûnich/Vienna malt with big chewy mouthfeel, yet a bit chalky and raw(questionable fermenting?). Alcohol shows off in taste and in bitterness. Pretty much flavouring hops here.

Draught at "Salone della Birra Artigianale 2007" - Milan.
Intense reddish clearly color with amber and dark orange reflex, lightly hazy with a light fizz. Compact head of short duration. Lightly spiced aromas with notes of withered grape and braced mlat. Rather alcoholic and bitterish taste and with barren final of medium persistence.

Draught at Salone Della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2007, Milan
6.3% ABV

Hazy amber color. Malty and with some caramel flavors, and a cereal touch. Maybe as a beer it’s not the best, but it has some originality and it’s quite pleasant. Quite sweet too.

On draught at Pasturana Artebirra 2006, I just remember an amber lager of acceptable body, more a Vienna than a bock - maybe I am wrong but I think it was not an ale.
