750 ml bottle sampled at the winery. Pours a clear light gold. This is a still mead. Pleasant aroma of sweet honey with some accompanying floral notes. The flavor is strong honey with a bit of earthiness to it. Sweet, but also lighter bodied. Definitely not sticky or cloying. Glad we stopped in for a visit!
