750 ml bottle sampled at the winery. Pours a clear gold with blush pink with no head. This is a still mead. The aroma is sweet honey with some light raspberry. As with their regular honey mead, the flavor is strong honey with some earthiness and is decidedly sweet. The strength of the honey flavor overwhelms the raspberry, and while it is present, it is understated. As I mentioned, this mead is quite sweet, but not sticky or cloying.
