Nov 28, 2007 Dry roasted chocolate covered nuts with mild praline and salt notes. Soft with mild coffee and cocoa on the palate. very delicate and thin for the style. A clean and soft finish.

Pretty much black with medium brown head. Very chocolatey aroma with a light nuttiness. Creamy body, with lots of chocolate character. Not much else, really, but it tastes quite nice.

Jan 14, 2006 Deep dark stout with a thin moka head. Light chocolate aroma, not intense. In mouth, very strong bitter chocolate, burned coffee, and sharp hops. Astringent. Aug 19, 2004 Eclipse black color. Small head. Aroma is roasty malts, chocolate and vanilla. A medium bodied Imperial Stout. Malts are roasty, chocolate and coffee. Hops are slightly bitter. Nice roasty malts. Very smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
