A smooth red wine made from cherries and honey. Compare to a zinfandel. Full flavors compliment barbequed meats and venison.

Still mead. Aroma is cross between dark cherries and honey. Dry, with a little residual sugar in the aftertaste. Warming alcohol on the tongue. Perhaps a little oxidation? Palate is not soft. Sorry, but in no way shape or form can I cmpare this to a Zinfandel!
