Jul 24, 2007 This mead has a glorious color which invites the temptation to taste it. It is great on its own but also quite interesting when mixed with Mountain Meadows Agave Mead.

Oct 16, 2009 Bottled. A deep red mead. The aroma has lovely notes of cranberries and honey. The flavor is both sweet and acidic from the cranberries with strong notes of cranberries as well as medium notes of alcohol and honey.

Sep 15, 2007 Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. (12%) Clear dark red perfectly still. Aroma of cinnamon, caramel and cranberries. Slimmed and elegant with restrained sweetness. Freshening and quite drinkable despite it’s size.

Sep 20, 2008 Cloudy red with no head. Sweet aroma with cranberry, honey and caramel notes. Sweet flavour with ripe cranberries, cinnamon, honey and caramel notes. Ends sweet with warming alcohol.

Oct 5, 2008 (Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 27 Sep 2008) Clear red colour with no head. Still. Fruity, tart nose with distinct notes of cranberries and cowberries. Fruity, tart taste with cowberries, cranberries and hints of spices. Brilliant balance between sweetness and tartness. Very nice mead.

Oct 24, 2004 Magenta color with some orange tints. Aroma of cranberry, strawberry, honey and some earthy floral notes. Honey, and floral flavors with some tart cranberry notes. Alcohol is well hidden. This is a style I don’t have much experience with, but I found this pretty enjoyable.

Jun 27, 2009 Bottle from Uber tavern. clear red color with no head. Smelled like cranberry juice, tasted like alcoholic cranberry juice. Not bad.
