Bottled. A golden mead. The aroma has strong notes of honey as well as notes of spices among them rose water. The flavor is sweet wtih strong notes of honey and spices. It has a good body, and the alcohol leaves a slight burn in the mouth.

Still mead. Dark yellow in color, almost a blush of orange to it. Aroma of vanilla, cream soda and rum. Flavor explosion in my mouth. First taste seems to illustrate a honey win with spices in, however, upon taking follow-up sips its more and more honey. Body has a silky texture to it, but it’s no overly heavy. Overall very nice. Can’t wait to try their Cherry Mead next time around.

Nice golden color with an aroma of wildflower and maybe some light buckwheat honey. Flavor is dominated by floral and grassy honey sources with perhaps a hint of citrus. Solid sweet mead, but a bit simplistic.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 27 Sep 2008) Pale yellow colour with green tinges. Still. Fruity, sweet nose with distinct notes of honey. Fruity taste with full flavours of honey and a hint of apples. Sweet and full bodied with viscous texture. Doesn’t really stand out in any direction, it’s just solid, well made and very, very tasty. Great mead.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a clear golden. Spicy aroma - plenty of coconut accents for some reason. Quite full-bodied with sweetish honey and spices - extremely intense. The finish is sweet. A very sophisticated mead. 200908

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. (12%) Clear pale yellow. Completely still. Flowery and vinous, like a muscat wine. Sweet, but not disturbingly so, potent and warming. Some sugar burns in the finish. A very elegant mead.
