Still, pale pear. Almost looks white. Persistent filmy drippings ooze down the glass. Elegant honeyed apple aroma with lavender, tart fruits, and perfume. Bright grape essences play so well with the honey notes. Well restrained alcohol. Slick mouthfeel and soft as can be. Tad oily and grainy. Beautiful soft honey flavors with a touch of lavender and apple acidity in the back. Finishes notably dry for the style, clean, gritty, long and roselike with just enough lingering honey sweetness, puckering pear notes, and tingly dessert wine traits. Love at first sight.

Chardonnay color. Pear, faint citrus aroma. Light vinous, herbal and champagne yeast flavors. Slightly sticky palate yet fairly dry finish. Warming sensation was only evidence of alcohol. Lovely!

Poured clear with a yellow tint. Aroma is sweet, dry and vinuous. Taste is very fruity, with grapes predominating plus hints of apple. A thick sweet honey taste nicely blends in with the chardonnay-like fruitiness. The alcohol gives the flavor a slight burn and warms the stomach. The finish is clean and dry. Absolutely delicious.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a clear golden. Spicy aroma - plenty of coconut accents for some reason. Quite full-bodied with sweetish honey and spices - extremely intense. The finish is sweet. A very sophisticated mead. 200908

Still mead. Dark yellow in color, almost a blush of orange to it. Aroma of vanilla, cream soda and rum. Flavor explosion in my mouth. First taste seems to illustrate a honey win with spices in, however, upon taking follow-up sips its more and more honey. Body has a silky texture to it, but it’s no overly heavy. Overall very nice. Can’t wait to try their Cherry Mead next time around.

This is my first mead ive ever rated, so this may be ruff. Looks like, well mead, a very clear with a golden tint. Heavy lacing down the side of the glass. Aroma is very sweet with hints of honey and pear. Veary sweet and fruity taste initially on the palate. Very smooth going down with a sligth alcohol taste. Some tart taste near the end, almost sourish, like a green apple. Very good, but i don’t think i could drink a lot of it.

Has a sour citrus and yeast aroma. A golden color that produces no head or lacing. This beer is sweet and smooth as it flows through the mouth. A strong developed honey taste is present and lingers well over the palate after swallowing.

Clear golden with no head. Sweet and spicy aroma with honey and ripe fruits. Sweet flavour with ripe fruits, honey and floral notes. Ends sweet with warming alcohol.
